Simply navigate with the arrow keys and eventually you’ll be asked to choose between two options: P is for the Pacifist Mode and O for the Genocide Mode. Select the one which fits your preference. Keep going until you encounter a monster who will start talking to you before the game officially begins. You can’t fast-forward through the dialogue.
After the chatter has settled a game like Bad Time Simulator will start.
